Software maintenance and support services

JSC "Esperonus" provides software maintenance and support services of the information systems developed for its clients.  

Those services cover the following:

  • diagnostics of the implemented system and recovery of its operation in case of troubles;
  • changes and updates of software, in order to extend the possibilities of the system, to increase the efficiency, to ensure higher data security, to eliminate the found software bugs;
  • support to the client during working time, consultation on the use of the information system by e-mail, skype, phone or other agreed means;
  • system administration tasks;
  • rent and maintenance of the server, needed for system operation.

Information system maintenance and support services are provided upon the technical operation agreements signed with customer. Nevertheless, we provide services of system recovery and maintenance to our clients based on individual orders as well, but technical operation agreements signed in advance ensure shorter response time. Working time of JSC "Esperonus" employees  is dedicated for such services provision upon conditions prescribed in the agreement. Besides, technical operation agreements guarantee better prices for services provision and allow to save the budget allocated for system maintenance and technical operation.

Information system maintenance and support services supplement software development services and naturally follow them. The approach "take client's money and get out of here" is not present in our company. If we sign the contract to develop system for our client, we strive to develop it "to work" and to avoid troubles in future. But due to the provided system maintenance and support services, we are within reach and available to react to every client's request concerning the use of the system, the need for modification or further development.
