E-ZONUS consists of ten modules:

1. Sales management module;
2. Manufacturing management module;
3. Service management module;
4. Guarantee and maintenance management module;
5. Finance management module;
6. Stock management module;
7. Personnel organization module;
8. Technology module;
9. System administration module;
10. Desktop module.

Every module of E-ZONUS consists of a set of several related functionalities – components. Modules are related and exchange information with other modules, because all information is stored in a common database, and modules just perform tasks assigned to them in application software. E-ZONUS modules are divided based on the areas of functional management, but functionality that is offered in each is oriented towards the requirement of process management. That means, that you should not look for functionality typical for the activity of functional management department in E-ZONUS modules – e.g. employee cards are not printed in the module of personnel organization moudle or cash flows are not planned in the finance management module. In E-ZONUS modules you will find what is needed for planning and management of business and for its control to have it operating efficiently and profitably.

The contents of each module and dedication of each component in the module is described below. 

Sales management module

This module is dedicated for employees, who work with preparation of commercial offers for clients, with reception of individual orders or projects (serial individual orders), and with administration of information of company's branches, representatives and clients. Module comprises the following components:

• Component of commercial offers.
• Component of orders.
• Component of projects.
• Component of representatives.
• Component of branches.
• Component of clients.
• Sales report.
  This report show very detailed and structured information on the sales efficiency ratios. Efficiency is measure by received orderd, delivered commercial offers, realized orders, issued invoices and settlement of invoices. 

Manufacturing management module

This module is dedicated for the work of department of manufacturing (including manufacturing shops and work division). With this module one can plan and manage department's work, manage materials that is left in the manufacturing process, manage utilization of the equipment and manegement of other information related to manufacturing.  Module comprises the following components:

• Component of manufacturing planing and management.
• Component of management manufacturing remnants.  
• Component for description of manufacturing operations.
• Component for description of supporting works.
• Component for description of equipment.
• Component of work divisions.
• Component of departments.
• Timesheets of manufacturing workers.
• Component of writting-off additional raw materials used for manufacturing.

Service management module

This module is dedicated for service companies or manufacturing companies, which provide their clients additional services supporting products (e.g. design, adjustment, installation, etc.). Module is used by employees providing those services and their managers. Module comprises the following components:

• Service provision assignments. 
  This component is responsible for handling service provision calendar by each service team or each employee. Assignements are handled by service type, and the latter depends on the service area of the enterprise. That may be measurement, design, installation, finishing works, massage, hair-cutting, cleaning and other types of services. 
• Service teams. 
  In this component service teams that are formed in the company are described and employees that belong to them are assigned. 
• Report on service provision. 
  Information on delivered services may be found in this report. 

Guarantee and maintenance management module

This module is dedicated for companies providing guarantee and maintenance services (e.g. car services, guarantee services, etc.) or for  production companies, which deliver guarantee and maintenance services as additional after-sale services to the sale of their manufactured products. Module is used by the employees delivering those services or managing them. Module comprises the following components:

• Component of technical operation.
• Component of repairs.
• Component of planning services.
• Component of repairs reasons.
• Component of claims.
• Service description.
• Service parameters.

Finance management module

This module is an obligatory ERP component, in case invoice issueing, payment controlled is not separated from core business processes and exclusively assigned for accountants, who use accounting software for executing those functions. It is possible to integrate E-ZONUS with accounting software used by the company.  Module comprises the following components:

• Component of issued invoices.
• Component of received payments.
• Component of debt prevention.
• Documents for writting-off raw materials. 
• Profitability report.
  This report shows very detailed and structured information on the profitability: by divisions, employees, manufactured products, delivered services and executed orders (projects).

Stock management module

This module is needed for companies that manufacture goods. Module perform part of warehouse management functions, that are needed for ensuring smooth manufacturing and its management, and aiming to efficient usage of raw materials and ensuring profitability of manufacturing. Module comprises the following components:

• Component of raw materials supplies. 
• Reception of raw materials. 
• Residual raw materials. 
• Types of raw materials. 
• Groups of raw materials. 
• Raw materials. 
• Stock of goods for sale. 
• Register of raw materials suppliers.
  Much of needed information about suppliers of goods and raw materials is registered in this register. Identification codes, names, contact information, addresses are registered for each supplier. 

Personnel organization module

This module is needed for calculating wages for employees participating in manufacturing or services provision. It is an obligatory ERP part, because all employees are registered there. Only employees that are registered in this module may be registered as users  of the system and may get an access to it. Module comprises the following components:

• Component of calculating wages.
• Component of employee registration.
• Component of assigning working
  on-working days.
• Payroll report. It shows inforamtion on the wages calculated for each employee.

Technology module

Technology module is an obligatory module for manufacturing, as technologies and raw materials are described there, and other industry related information, which is used in further processes.

Component of technology module are always dependend on the industry. In the section "Solution for manufacturing and services" technology modules are described in more details for the solutions, where E-ZONUS was already implemented. For new areas of implementation, techonology module will be designed and developed during implementation project. 

System administration module

System administration module is an obligatory ERP part. It is used for handling basic information that is further used in other modules, for assigning rights to system users and for other administration tasks: 

• Enterprise.
  In this component information on the enterprise, that uses E-ZONUS ERP, is registerd. In case system is used by the group of related companies, information on each company of the group is registered by this functionality. 
• Register of addresses.
  Register of addresses is needed in all cases, where client's address need to be precise, e.g. worker's need to go there for service provision or delivery of goods. Without such register, mistakes in addresses appear and afterwards efficient management of routes is limited and reports are not precise. E-ZONUS addresss register allows handling addresses according to current official address classifier (Regions- Districts- Municipalities- Towns- Streets). If needed, address register may be supplemented with new streets, telephone codes of areas may be changed, etc. On the other hand full address register is installed during each istallation of E-ZONUS and this version comprise  ~95% of all streets that exist in Lithuania (smallest component of the register).
• Component of managing user rights.
  This component allows to specify rights for groups of users. Rights means the functionality that can be accessed and used in the system. 
• Component of users.
  This module is needed for giving employees access to the system E-ZONUS. Employees are registered in this module and access rights are assigned to them, user names and passwords are generated for them.  
• Banks. Allows to register banks, that enterprise is working with. 
• System configurator
  o Classifier of employees working time statuses.
  o Actions.
  o Groups of terms.
  o Terms.
  o Languages used.
  o System settings.
• Templates of e-mails. Contents of e-mails sent by the system is specified there. 
• Topics for reminders. 
• Journal. Actions performed by the users in the system can be seen there.

Desktop module

This module is an initial view of the system when user connects to it. Similar to the work table when entering an office. In this module needed information is provided for reading or review, reminders that employee leaves for himself (herself) or to-do-list that are written by other employees. This is a place, which helps employee  to start his (her) working day and work.

E-ZONUS is  a product of JSC "Esperonus" that is further developed, extended, therefore the new possibilities apprear in the current modules, new additional modules are developed as well.
